Competitor bio:

Alicia is a dedicated runner who has been running the marathon distance for twenty years, completing 40+ marathons in multiple countries including the UK, Germany, and Canada. She began running ultra marathons a couple of years ago and has completed a handful of 50k races and one 50 miler! She’s running the WMC as a celebration of her 45th birthday, which is a couple weeks after the finish. When not running, Alicia is a doctoral student in nursing and a mother to two young kids.
